These seeded bars are quick and easy to make. They are gluten and sugar free.
Heat the vita fiber mix for about 4 Minutes until bubbly in a heavy bottom pot. Add all the other ingredients and place in a 8” square pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Then cut into bars. I like to place sea salt on the top of the bars when I am pressing them into the pan.
See how easy! Sometimes I like to add a couple tablespoons of Nut butterr to the vita fiber and/or some cinnamon for a different taste.
