I have been enjoying the summer and doing a little traveling. My blogging got moved to the back burner. Today I am back with a recipe for a seeded cereal you can make ahead and then just heat up like you would oatmeal. It is adapted from the Paleo Mama.com website.

I found this great website called Paleo Grubs. If you are curious about making dietary changes towards Paleo there is a 14 day menu plan with recipes on this site. This recipe comes from this site. The granola can be used as a snack or add almond milk and eat as cereal.
